How long does it take to receive my product?
2 - 5 months on average, mostly in the 3 month range.
Can you ship our final product to us?
Yes, we can ship your final product for a $20 fee.
Do you provide drone footage?
Yes, drone footage is available.
Do you do destination weddings?
Yes, we travel throughout the New England area.
Do you offer live streaming?
Yes, we do. We have our own live streaming unit with built in cell towers, omitting the need for WiFi or Bluetooth.
Do we need to pick a package at the time of booking?
No, once you have decided to book with us, you have up until 2 months prior to the wedding date to choose which package you would like.
Do you offer rehearsal dinner coverage?
Yes, we do with proper notice.
Do you offer coverage for LGBTQ+ weddings?
Of course we do, we are very inclusive.
How many shooters do you include on each job?
We have a dedicated team of 3 shooters with 3 cameras, separating us from the competition. By having 3 shooters throughout your whole day, we never miss a moment.
Should I prepare my details before your arrival?
Have your details including rings, earrings, veil, garter, etc. prepared the day before the crew arrives. You do not need to organize or display them in a certain fashion, leave that to us.
Should I wear a watch to my wedding?
We highly recommend wearing a watch to the wedding as we incorporate a time lapse of the groom's watch in every one of our videos.
Should I do a first look?
We highly recommend a first look as it is an opportunity for an amazing moment that enhances your day. We dedicate an entire section of your video to that moment should you choose to do one. By doing a first look, it relieves the stress of rushing during formal portraits.
Should I read my card out loud?
We highly recommend reading cards out loud and showing any gifts received as it benefits your overall experience and enhances the finished product. Hearing the emotion during card readings enables you to relive your moment when watching your video.
Who will be wearing a microphone on the day of the wedding?
If you choose a first look, we will attach our microphone to either partner. We also supply a microphone to the officiant, priest, groom, and readers for the ceremony.
Can I pick the song for the recap?
Our team analyzes your wedding and works very hard to pick a current song that is the perfect match for you and your partner. We only use each recap song once so it is unique to your wedding day.
Do you provide raw footage?
All the footage that we shoot throughout your day is included in the full-length documentary, therefore you are receiving all of the footage. All of our feature edits are edited using footage from the documentary as well as music that our team carefully selects in order to create the perfect product for you and your partner.
Can we have you stay later if we need you for more time the night of the wedding?
Absolutely, we will let you know when our time is up and if you need us to stay, kindly let us know and we will stay as long as you need.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a $1000 reservation fee is required that is deducted from your final package total.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, any legitimate business in the state of Rhode Island needs to charge sales tax.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we are insured with Hartford Insurance with a 2 million dollar limit.
