Card Readings

This is one of our favorite moments. The moment when the bride, hair and makeup ready for her groom, sits down to read the final words from her husband-to-be before seeing each other for the first time. Some couples may opt out of reading the letter out loud in front of friends and family, and a camera. But hear us out.

You might regret not allowing this moment to be captured, as it's one of the best moments on your wedding day. The man you are choosing to love for life has taken the time to choose what he wants to say to you, his deepest feelings for his soon-to-be bride...which may never happen again. Kidding! But realistically, you're going to want to relive this moment in time, as it is emotional and heartfelt by you and the loved ones surrounding you.

In the photo below, Bianca tells us her thoughts on reading her letter from Nick on her wedding day. She says "to anyone who's on the fence about reading cards to each other, I say DO IT! Nicholas and I are not lovey, romantic, gushy people, but it was amazing to hear how Nick truly felt that morning." We can certainly see what she's talking about in the short clip from her card reading.
